My stay at the Renaissance Sao Paulo Hotel was overall comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to its fantastic location and helpful staff. However, there were a few hiccups, such as some billing issues and a lack of housekeeping service during my stay. The breakfast buffet was good, and the hotel is close to Avenida Paulista, which I found quite convenient.

My stay at the Renaissance Sao Paulo Hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location is fantastic, close to great restaurants and attractions. On the other hand, I faced significant issues with my initial room, which had an unpleasant sewage smell that took too long to address. Despite this, the staff's responsiveness during my second room move was commendable. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and well-located, but my experience with the initial room situation diminished my satisfaction.
